AI Mashinani was founded in 2023 to make Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies genuinely accessible to everyone, with a deep focus on underserved communities.
What started as a localized grassroots initiative has grown into a dynamic training ecosystem designed to bridge the digital skills gap. We deliver hands-on, highly practical tech education across artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging digital landscapes. By deliberately building tools and AI training in Kenya that adapt to local realities using inclusive communication such as Sheng and Kiswahili we ensure that geographic location or technical background is never a barrier to progress. We focus on remote, overlooked, and emerging areas to ensure no one is left behind in Africa’s digital transformation.
